Arrived in good time. A 2.5 inch SATA HDD. USB-3 500GB. Even without the software it is a good price for the hardware alone. Have not tested the hardware yet. Comes with a USB 3 cable and a small pamphlet to explain how to install the software and run the games emulators. Looks good. Comes in a cardboard package with plastic liner to protect the device.

If you buy one of the tiny media centre sort of PC computers with decent specs it should be able to be connected to a smart TV, or any TV. A modern mini PC with multicore processor should be good enough.
